Refund Policy


You may return an item for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return your product, you must request authorization from our team. You can contact us at or via phone at 615.414.4225. All other mailing information will be emailed to you.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Funds 

If you are expecting a refund but it is not reflected in your bank account, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please email us for any other questions or concerns or if your refund has not been issued within the above timeframe.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please be sure to consider tracking if your item is above $75 to guarantee we will receive your return.
